It's time to reimagine how Democratic Committees function, work, and engage with voters in their district. The primary function of town, ward, county, and city committees is to elect Democrats. They do this by engaging voters, identifying who they are supporting, and making sure those who support Democrats vote on or before Election Day. In my 20 years of experience, I have encountered this description of what a Democratic committee is supposed to do countless times.
